All about Service Ready

The Ready Service allows you to benefit from a personalized and priority treatment of your reservation.

1. Your car rental contract is pre-established, thanks to the registration and saving of your personal data (license, contact information, bank guarantee, etc.).

2. No more waiting at our counters since you benefit from a priority queue.

3. Your vehicle is delivered directly to the airport parking lot (P1), avoiding the shuttle service to the outside parking lots.

The advantages of the Ready service

This service is offered only at our Pôle Caraïbes airport agency in Pointe à Pitre. It is provided 7 days a week, during the opening hours of the counter.

NB : To benefit from the Ready Service for a first rental, you must first provide our services with all the information required to prepare your rental contract in advance (address, permit, bank details). To do so, please contact the Europcar Guadeloupe Reservation Center at 0590 93 18 15 or reservation.europcar@gbh.fr , at least 24 hours before picking up the vehicle.
