The advantages of the Full Ready service

When you get off the plane, in our agency at Guadeloupe Airport, go directly to the priority line to avoid long waits.

When you rent a car from Europcar Guadeloupe, we invite you to take a special shuttle to the outside parking lots where the vehicles are parked. With the Full Ready formula, the vehicle you have reserved is made available at the airport parking lot.

You don't have to worry about refueling the car at the end of your rental. You will simply be charged for the missing fuel at the rate in effect when you return your rental car.

How do I take advantage of this customer benefit?

By subscribing to the Full Ready formula when you make your reservation on the Europcar Guadeloupe website, provide us with the following information to establish the rental contract:

• Contact details and identity

• Photocopy of the driving license,

• Bank details to prepare the deposit.

We will ensure a priority treatment to your reservation by anticipating the realization of your rental contract.

Full Ready Service

The Full Ready Service gives you access to services dedicated to travelers in a hurry who want to optimize their trips. You benefit from priority and personalized treatment of your reservation at our counters :

• Your rental contract is pre-established, thanks to the recording and saving of your personal data (license, contact information, bank guarantee...).

• The wait at our counters is eliminated since you benefit from a priority queue.

• Your vehicle is delivered directly to the airport parking lot (P1), avoiding the shuttle service to the outside parking lots.

Moreover, at the end of your rental, you don't have to worry about refueling. This service is provided free of charge by our technical teams when you return the vehicle. You will only be charged for the missing fuel.

This service is offered only at our agency at the Pôle Caraïbes Airport in Pointe à Pitre. It is provided 7 days a week, during the opening hours of the counter.

NB : to benefit from the Full Ready Service for a first rental, you must first provide our services with all the information required to prepare your rental contract in advance (address, license, bank details). To do so, please contact the Europcar Guadeloupe Reservation Center at 0590 93 18 15 or reservation.europcar@gbh.fr , at least 24 hours before picking up the vehicle.
