Our car rental agency is located at the Pôle Caraïbes airport and at each arrival, many customers want to pick up their vehicle to finally leave to enjoy Guadeloupe! This leads to the formation of long queues, which is not very welcoming. 

A management of the rental contract upstream will be able to limit the crowd in agency and will offer you a better customer experience.

Depositing the mandatory vehicle deposit and filling in the driver's license information a few days before the handover is a real time saver for everyone !

 How does it work? 

•  Book your vehicle on the website Europcar Guadeloupe and choose the option "Coupe File" in the option selection step.

• Fill in your reservation details and your email, then validate and pay your reservation.

• You will then receive an email. From this email, scan your driver's license and make the imprint of your credit card for the deposit of the chosen vehicle.

• Your contract is ready!  When you leave your plane, go directly to our Europcar Guadeloupe shuttle which will take you to your vehicle!
