Modification / Cancellation Guarantee

This optional guarantee provides you with flexible reservation modification and cancellation conditions, allowing you to make changes even at a late date. 

You can thus modify your file until the last minute (within the limit of the availabilities in park) and even cancel your reservation without penalty (General Conditions of Sale/Online Payment)

This guarantee is offered exclusively online and cannot be subscribed after the reservation.

Without a cancellation guarantee, article 8 of the CGL applies

ARTICLE 8: CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION BY THE CUSTOMER

The Client may cancel his reservation under the following conditions :

• For a cancellation made at least 30 days before the scheduled start of the rental period, the Client is reimbursed the amount of the rental, minus a cancellation fee of 50 euros ;

• For cancellations made between D-29 days and D-15 days before the scheduled start of the rental period, the Client will be reimbursed the amount of the rental period, less a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of the reservation, which cannot be less than 50 euros ;

• For cancellations made between D-14 days and D-3 days before the scheduled start date of the rental days before the scheduled start of the rental period, the Client will be reimbursed for the amount of the rental, minus a cancellation fee

• For cancellations made between D-14 days and D-3 days before the scheduled start of the rental period, the Client will be reimbursed the amount of the rental, minus a cancellation fee of 75% of the total amount of the reservation, but not less than 50 euros ;

If the Customer does not subscribe to the cancellation service, no refund will be made by the Renter for a cancellation made by the Renter less than 3 days before the date of pick-up of the vehicle.
