How to add Super Collision Damage Waiver
When booking online, select “Pack Premium” in the “Excess” section. You can also add Super Collision Damage Waiver at the branch when collecting your vehicle, subject to the applicable conditions.

Availability depends on the vehicle category you choose. Our team can confirm whether it is available for your rental.
SCDW is not available to drivers subject to the young driver surcharge.
The excess is the maximum amount you may have to pay for covered damage, subject to the terms of your rental agreement.
The security deposit provides security for any amounts you may owe the rental company in connection with your rental. It is therefore not necessarily the same amount as the excess.
SCDW removes the excess for covered damage. However, you remain responsible for certain costs, including:
Lost or damaged keys, including associated towing, key replacement and immobiliser reprogramming costs.
Misfuelling and the resulting vehicle repair costs.
Glass damage.
Punctures and damage to tyres and wheels.
Damage to the upper parts of the vehicle caused by an impact, for example with a branch, an archway or an overhead obstacle.
Damage to the underside of the vehicle, including mechanical components and sills.
Damage caused by driving off paved roads or using the vehicle in a way not intended by the manufacturer.
Water damage resulting from negligence, for example when driving through a flooded area.
Damage resulting from a breach of the rental conditions, including driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.

Even with SCDW, you must report any damage to Europcar Guadeloupe within two working days of discovering it. In the event of theft or an accident involving injury, notify the authorities and Europcar Guadeloupe immediately. Our team will guide you through the steps required under your rental agreement.
