Cancellation policy on Europcar Guadeloupe

The modification of a reservation cannot be done directly on the website /. If you wish to modify your file, you will have to send your request for change by e-mail to the Europcar Guadeloupe Reservation Center (info@europcar-guadeloupe.com) Please note that the modification of your reservation may be subject to possible penalties (general conditions of sale online). Also, in order to avoid any inconvenience, we advise you to subscribe to the Modification-Cancellation insurance, when you make your reservation.

It is not possible to cancel a reservation online. To invalidate a file, you must send an email to the Europcar Guadeloupe Reservation Center (reservation.europcar@gbh.fr) specifying the references of the latter. You will then receive a message informing you that your request has been taken into account.
