There are two options for sharing the driving during your car rental in Guadeloupe:

How do I add the multi-driver option?
When booking online with Europcar Guadeloupe, select the multi-driver option when choosing your extras. When collecting the vehicle, have each driver registered on the rental agreement and present each person’s original, valid driving licence.
What requirements must the drivers meet?
