Step 1 : Book Your Car and Prepare for Your Arrival
Book your vehicle directly on the Europcar Guadeloupe website. The process is quick and straightforward, giving you access to our web discount and excellent value for money.
After booking, you will receive all the information you need by email to prepare for your arrival.
Completing your details before you arrive helps reduce formalities at the counter and speeds up the vehicle handover.
Step 2 : When You Arrive at the Airport, Take Our Shuttle
When you arrive at Guadeloupe–Pôle Caraïbes Airport, collect your luggage, then follow the signs for the car rental shuttles.The pick-up point is located nearby.
Our shuttle will take you to the Europcar Guadeloupe station in just a few minutes.
Information about the meeting point and how the shuttle service operates will be sent to you before your arrival.Are you going directly to our Jarry–Baie-Mahault station? This step does not apply: simply make your way directly to the station.
Step 3 : Collect Your Vehicle and Complete the Digital Vehicle Inspection
Please present the following at the counter:
your driving licence; your identity document; your bank card; your booking number.
For your comfort, our reception area is comfortable and air-conditioned. Our team will quickly finalise your rental file and hand over the keys. When your information has been completed in advance and your documents meet the requirements, the pick-up process is even faster.Then complete the digital vehicle inspection and report any existing damage before departure.Once the inspection is complete, you are ready to hit the road.Your car rental in Guadeloupe can begin. To use this service, book the option, complete your details in advance and make sure that all required documents are valid and available on the day of pick-up.
Three days before your rental begins, we will invite you to complete your rental agreement online.
Good to know: the security deposit amount is not charged and does not affect your spending limit, subject to the procedures applied by your bank.

Rent Your Car with the READY by Europcar Antilles-Guyane Self-Service App
The READY app allows you to book and access selected self-service vehicles without going through the traditional rental counter process.
From the app, you can manage the main stages of your rental and collect your vehicle independently. When you arrive, your vehicle will be waiting for you in the airport car park.
You can complete the vehicle inspection on your smartphone, then unlock the vehicle directly through the app.Service availability depends on the rental station, dates and vehicles offered.

Return Your Vehicle in 3 Steps
Step 1: Prepare for the Return
Before returning your rental car:
restore the fuel level required by your rental agreement;
remove your personal belongings;
check the passenger compartment and boot;
return the vehicle in a normal state of cleanliness;
allow enough time before your flight.
The conditions relating to cleaning, fuel and any vehicle damage are set out in your rental agreement.
Step 2: Complete the Inspection with Our Team
When you arrive at the rental station, a member of our team will inspect the vehicle using the digital inspection completed at pick-up.
This makes it possible to clearly compare the vehicle’s condition at the beginning and end of the rental.
Report any incident or damage that occurred during the rental, then return the keys.
Step 3: Flying Home? Take Our Shuttle Back to the Airport
After returning the vehicle, our shuttle will take you back to Guadeloupe–Pôle Caraïbes Airport.
The bank card pre-authorisation will then be released, provided that no outstanding amounts remain. The time required for the funds to become available again depends on your bank.

J’ai loué un véhicule chez Europcar Guadeloupe et tout s’est parfaitement bien passé. La prise en charge a été super pratique et très rapide, ce qui est vraiment appréciable après un long voyage. Über check24 in Alemania vorgebucht. Den Shuttle-Service Bus gut gefunden (kann auch per QR-Code) am Flughafen angefordert werden. Transfer zur Station max. 5 Minuten. Direkt drangekommen. Mitarbeiterin sprach Englisch. Auto technisch ok. Aufgrund des Zustand der Straßen und dem bergigen Terrains miete ich nächstes Mal eine höhere Kategorie. Den Wagen etwas vor der Rückgabe geputzt und Sand entfernt und es gab dann auch kein Problem bei der Rückgabe. Wir waren zufrieden
