Step 1 : Book Your Car and Prepare for Your Arrival

• After booking, you will receive all the information you need by email to prepare for your arrival.

• Completing your details before you arrive helps reduce formalities at the counter and speeds up the vehicle handover.

Step 2 : When You Arrive at the Airport, Take Our Shuttle

• When you arrive at Guadeloupe–Pôle Caraïbes Airport, collect your luggage, then follow the signs for the car rental shuttles.The pick-up point is located nearby.

• Our shuttle will take you to the Europcar Guadeloupe station in just a few minutes.

• Information about the meeting point and how the shuttle service operates will be sent to you before your arrival.Are you going directly to our Jarry–Baie-Mahault station? This step does not apply: simply make your way directly to the station.

Step 3 : Collect Your Vehicle and Complete the Digital Vehicle Inspection

Please present the following at the counter:

• your driving licence;

• your identity document;

• your bank card;

• your booking number.

Our team will quickly finalise your rental file and hand over the keys. Return Your Vehicle in 3 Steps

Step 1: Prepare for the Return

Before returning your rental car:

• restore the fuel level required by your rental agreement;

• remove your personal belongings;

• check the passenger compartment and boot;

• return the vehicle in a normal state of cleanliness;

• allow enough time before your flight.

The conditions relating to cleaning, fuel and any vehicle damage are set out in your rental agreement.

Step 2: Complete the Inspection with Our Team

When you arrive at the rental station, a member of our team will inspect the vehicle using the digital inspection completed at pick-up.

This makes it possible to clearly compare the vehicle’s condition at the beginning and end of the rental.

Report any incident or damage that occurred during the rental, then return the keys.

Step 3: Flying Home? Take Our Shuttle Back to the Airport

After returning the vehicle, our shuttle will take you back to Guadeloupe–Pôle Caraïbes Airport.

The bank card pre-authorisation will then be released, provided that no outstanding amounts remain. The time required for the funds to become available again depends on your bank.
