th March, Guadeloupe will be hosting for the very first time, the first round of the
Davis Cup 2016.
This is an extraordinary event as this will be the first time that the Caribbean host such a huge international tennis tournament.
The Stade Vélodrome of
Baie-Mahault, completely transformed for the occasion, will be the center of attraction during the three days of the competition.
Indeed, many licensees from Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana and France will be supporting the France team, led by Yannick Noah.
All tennis lovers will be able to enjoy the performance of Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Gael Monfils, Gilles Simon, Richard Gasquet and Edouard Roger-Vasselin facing a strong Canadian team led by the great Milos Raonic.
